CE QU'EN DIT LE COMMISSAIRE-PRISEUR
  • adjugé $15000
  • 1958 NASH METROPOLITAN COUPE CYLINDERS 4 - 3 SPEED MANUAL
  • Summary : Powered by the original 4-cylinder engine with the 3-speed transmission and factory radio. Complete restoration with new interior and headliner
  • Description- Color: White and yellow. Interior: Black and white. This Nash underwent a complete, disassembled restoration. The Nash was the first American compact car ever made and certainly one of the cutest cars to ever drive down the road. This car was made in the United States, then it was shipped back to England for the motor and running gears and then it was shipped back to the United States to sell. It is sporting a new paint job with all the windows pulled. All chrome and stainless was removed and refinished. New interior including a new headliner. Powered by the original 4-cylinder engine with the 3-speed transmission. Sitting on original wheels, wide white wall tires including spare, with Metropolitan hubcaps. Factory radio completes this very authentic vehicle. This car runs great and drives as great as it looks. Rebuilt start generator and radiator. Completely rewired with new wiring harness. Pictures of restoration and receipts of new part supplied by Metropolitan Pit Stop. Not only does this car look good, it drives great.
