1934 FORD BREWSTER TOWNCAR Description : This 1934 Ford Brewster is a very unique car. It is the only Ford that has been designated as a classic by the Classic Car Club of America. It is in a class with the Duisenberg and Rolls-Royces of this era. This car was one of 77 built and this car was the prototype which made the restoration very difficult to find the correct parts. Parts were found on pallets in Virginia and traced back to the Ford Brewster that Cole Porter owned in the 30's. After the depression, the Brewster Body Company had fallen on bad times so Brewster offered their bodies up for sale to Ford owners who then got a body style that was normally available only to Rolls-Royce owners. This is a Town Car and was chauffer driven. The hand made original interior and special fabrics are as they were done originally
